TDS shortlisted for two Landlord and Lettings Awards


We are delighted to announce that The Dispute Service has been shortlisted for not one, but two Landlord and Letting Awards 2014-15!

We are finalists in the Customer Service and Public Service/Not for Profit categories.

In the Customer Service category we are being assessed on Consistency & quality, Problem solving and innovation, Customer Satisfaction, Initiative and Accountability.

And, in the Public Service/not for profit category we are being assessed on:

  • Partnership collaboration to improve outcomes;
  • uses of technology;
  • evidence of savings, positive benefits to the community, sustainability in the long-term and replicability;
  • teams or individuals who have demonstrated innovative thinking, delivered real change and achieved a positive impact on outcomes; and
  • examples of inspirational leadership, vision, new approaches to working and engagement

 We have been reliably informed that the number of submissions this year has been phenomenal, and making it through to the short list is a great achievement.

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on 26th November in Stoneleigh. We hope to see you there, and please wish us luck!
