Run over two live sessions, each lasting 90 minutes, our adjudication trainers will teach you how to ‘think like an adjudicator’.
This course is ideal for property managers, administrators, inventory suppliers and landlords.
The course focuses on the TDS Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ADR), to show the kind of evidence an adjudicator looks for in a tenancy deposit dispute. There will still be the opportunity to ask questions and share your own experiences whilst learning in an online environment with experienced trainers within the TDS Academy.
Once you have completed the two sessions you will automatically qualify for 3 hours of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and will receive a TDS Academy certificate to confirm attendance.
The courses will deliver highly useful tips and help you learn effective, practical solutions, with guidance documents to refer to, to improve your understanding of the end of tenancy process where the parties cannot agree as to how the tenancy deposit is to be distributed.
