TDS shortlisted for Supplier of the Year

We are delighted to announce that TDS has been shortlisted for Supplier of the Year (Services) at The Negotiator Awards 2014. 

The Negotiator Awards

In deciding which industry suppliers would make it onto the shortlist, Negotiator asked us:

• As a property industry supplier do you deliver more than you promise?
• Are your products and services making the agents’ businesses fly?
• Is your technology way ahead of the crowd?
• Are you able to demonstrate innovation, quality, service and customer satisfaction?

And the answer to all of these questions is – yes!

Just some of these include our new online disputes portal which has made the disputes process far simpler; our not for profit status allowing us to offer the lowest rates on the market; being the only scheme allowing members as well as tenants to initiate disputes; and our deposit registration process which does not end deposit protection automatically.

We are already a multi-award winning service; the most significant recognition we have received is with our achievement of the Customer Service Excellence Standard. CSE is not just a recognition of our achievements to date, but as an on-going process of assessment and review it is still driving through improvements to our service.

All of the improvements which are continuing to make, come from speaking with users of the scheme, including the Member User Forum and our E-Consultation Network, who we consult regularly and to whom we are very grateful for their feedback and suggestions.
