"Creating a fair and flexible private rented sector" Housing Minister invites views

The Government have issued their first policy paper on the private rented sector since announcing a package of new plans to improve conditions for tenants in October 2013; which included policies such as a new 'Tenant's Charter' which TDS commented on in our blog last year.
