Prompt money transfer is a key part of the dispute process

Around 1% of the deposits registered with TDS Insured end in dispute. 

If one of your tenancies does get referred to us for dispute resolution, please remember under our Scheme rules, we require the disputed monies within 10 days of receiving the Dispute Application form.  

It is important for the money to be with us promptly as it is a key part of the dispute process.  

Although a lot of members do get the money to us in time, for those who don’t, a series of follow ups occur, starting with an automated e-mail after the 10 days has expired. If the dispute has been settled, please remember to tell us so we can amend our records and stop the dispute process.
