Contacting us by post:

Sometimes you may need to contact us by letter instead of online. Where possible, we'd always recommend using our powerful online evidence portal via our website to get instant confirmation that your dispute is with us, but if you'd prefer to send us paper documents please use the Disputes Documentation address below.

  • All dispute evidence / documentation should be sent with correct postage to the Disputes Documentation address (please DO NOT send recorded delivery or original documents)
  • If you are sending a disputed deposit via cheque please make cheques payable to TDS Ltd and send to the Disputes Documentation address below
  • All other mail may be sent to our General post address below
  • Please allow at least 5 working days for all mail to be delivered when considering any deadlines
  • Unless otherwise specified, we will always try try to contact you via email where possible even if your dispute or query is submitted via post
  • If related to a specific query or tenancy please ensure all correspondence is clearly marked with any relevant reference, property address and ID numbers
